re-post your ads or emails to Safe-lists.  This is a great time saver.  If you have multiple
email accounts a program called Thunder-bird by Mozilla is tops,  log-in one place and
check them all at once.  A lot times for every task to get the most important done early

Article Body:
Finding your niche so you can concentrate.  When you find out what your specialty is
then you can start to promote to the people that are working on the same type of things
you are.  Are you just with a program to make money as an affiliate? Do you have your
own website that goes back to your affiliate site?  Are you selling homemade products?
Are you someone that is selling from his/her own store or mall?  There are so many
different things to promote and you want to reach your target audience to get the results
that you are seeking.

Outline your tasks daily using the day timer you will know what day and time you can
re-post your ads or emails to Safe-lists.  This is a great time saver.  If you have multiple
email accounts a program called Thunder-bird by Mozilla is tops,  log-in one place and
check them all at once.  A lot times for every task to get the most important done early
when you are full of energy.  Take breaks so you can re-evaluate what you are doing and
be more receptive to tasks still to be done.  Organization will set you above the crowd
because you will accomplish more.

Reach your crowd after finding your niche you need to advertise to your target.  Go to
forums and post to the ones that fit your niche so you will be working your ads to people
with the same goals and targets you have.  In the forums you will not be able to blatantly
set your ads out, post what you would like to add and then leave your signature with your
URL in it.  If they enjoyed or learned from your post they might want to follow up by
visiting your site.

Mentors get you trained and help stimulate the learning process.  They keep you fortified
with uplifting values and appeal to your excitement.  With the right mentor you will go
farther because you are learning from them, this shortens your learning curve.  When you
work with others listen and you will gain information from them from what they have been
doing in their promotion.

Using every avenue of promotion, traffic exchanges also use banner views for your credits.
They have blog exchanges, you view others blogs to get traffic to your blog.  They also have
banner rotators you can post one url in the banner slot with 5 banners loaded to cycle
through.  Just  a few of the ways to make your time work better with tools online.  Before you
purchase any software online check out and see what other people have to say about it at
Google.  This is a way to find out before you have put out your money for software that will
not be used.  Market wisely and then you will be in the profit zone.

Leave nothing to chance, ad trackers help you to find which promotion is working for you.
This also depends on titles and content when this has been checked and it still does
not pull people in, then leave the non-producers behind and find new ones.  Traffic
Hoopla has the top promoters listed every week; this is a good resource to check.  This
one costs but still a good resource- Traffic Testers.

Advertise, and advertise some more, you just have to get the word out.  Even the big names
put their logos and advertising out there for millions of dollars.  You can start with the free
ones and after making money move on and put your money out for paid advertising. Keep your
records so you know what you are spending and what is bringing the people to your site

7 Ways To Make Money Using Nothing More Than Your List

7 Ways To Make Money Using Nothing More Than Your List

An opt-in list can be quite crucial to any site or internet based company. Even for a small venture such as a niche profit site an opt-in list can make a world of difference and also add some extra income for your pocket. Rarely would you see an e-commerce site, big or small, that is without an opt-in list.

An opt-in list allows for a company to market their wares and site via an e-mail. With an opt-in list, a site and a subscriber consents to sending and receiving a newsletter from your company. Through this, you can keep your subscribers abreast of what is currently available in your site as well as whatever is coming out.

And because there is mutual consent between the two parties, any mail sent to the list is not considered as spam mail. There is a great number of successfully read promotional materials such as catalogs, newsletters and such that are sent because the subscribers themselves have signed up for them, meaning, they do want to be sent those items.

Building a list is crucial, only a small percentage actually subscribes for an opt-in list. Many people find promotional mails annoying but of you provide a good newsletter or promotional material,  you will see your list build up and grow. You can also achieve this by having good content on your site. If people like what they see and read on your site, then they surely would want more. Newsletters would be a way to attract them back to your site. A little teaser or appetizer if you will.

But other than marketing your wares and your services, an opt-in list can also be used to earn extra profit. Not all lists can be used though. It would be good to first build a successful list with a huge number of subscribers. The more subscribers you have, the more money you can get. Here are seven ways to make money using nothing more than your list.

1) Place advertisements. There are many corporations who will be willing to pay to put their banners and ads on a list with many subscribers. Selling or renting out lists is not a good idea so rather than doing that, many companies would just rather place ads with lists that have a huge subscriber base. Your newsletter could be placed with many ads and each one spells money.

2) Have affiliations with other companies that have at least a semblance or relation to what your site is about. Here other companies will provide links and brief descriptions of what they offer, products and services. With every click made on the link that directs or leads a subscriber from your list to their site, the company will pay you. This P4P or pay for performance.

3) Make deals with other companies by asking for a small percentage of sales done through your list. With every sale done by customers that have come from your list and have gone there because of your newsletter, the other company will pay you a small percentage of your sales. The more people who buys from them, the more earnings you get.

4) You may also get products from other sites on a consignment basis and sell them to your list via  your newsletter. Place descriptions, articles and photos of the product in your newsletter. There will be those who will buy from you and when that happens, you can order the product from the other site and sell it to your buyer.

5) Sell e-books or a compilation of your articles on your list. Manuals and how-to articles are in great demand. Many people will be willing to shell out money to gain knowledge about a certain topic and subject. With your existing list trusting your expertise in that area, an e-book could be offered and sold or used as an incentive.

6) Create a network out of your list. Get people to invite more people to view your site and subscribe to your list. The larger your list is, the more people will be able to click on your links and affiliate links as well as make your advertisement rates higher.

7) Subscribers are willing to pay for information if they know that it can be trusted and relied upon. Use your list to get more and more people to subscribe to you as well as browse your site. Lastly, you can use your list to earn money by making them your partners. Your list will be the bloodline of your growth and increase.

Mannaging Your Cash When You Own A Home Business

Managing Your Cash When You Own A Home Business

One of the most difficult things to do when you start a new business is putting together a budget. Without any financial history on which to base income and expenses, it may seem like guesswork, but as part of any business plan a tentative budget can be established with some thought and anticipation for the future.

In most businesses there are two main categories, income and expense. Under your expense category there can be several sub-categories often falling into two main areas of controllable expenses and uncontrollable. While many business owner claim they can control every expense involved in their business, they are simply kidding themselves as some things such as utility cost, the amount of rent and other so-called fixed costs can, and do change, with the owner having no control.

Other expenses such as payroll, insurance and advertising can be subject to a budget, but they are considered controllable expenses. If the business begins to fall off, you can control some of these expenses by laying off employees and cutting back on advertising. However, living by a budget will help maintain profitability in many respects but can also turn against you in the long run.

Depending on the viability of your business it often is a better investment to bite the financial bullet on employee wages and still provide good customer service to the remaining customers until business picks back up. By trying to everything yourself not only will you burn out quickly, but is no one is taking care of the customers, it will not take long until there are no more customers to care for.

There are two ways to budget your business money and that is through set dollar amounts and percentage of income. Many businesses will budget their controllable expenses by the dollar and non-controllable by percentage of income. Obviously a good part of the owner’s time is going to be based on bringing money into the business and how much they have to spend on controllable expenses will be in direct relation to income.

For example, a company earning $20,000 a month in income has budgeted six percent for payroll, providing $1,200 for payroll. If the income level rises to $50,000 the budgeted payroll percent does not change but the dollars available for payroll climbs to $3,000. With an obvious increase in business to create the additional income, the owner will probably need the extra help to take care of business.

There are many other expenses that fall into the payroll account such as worker’s compensation charges, Social Security tax paid by the employer and paid vacation time or other perks determined by the employer. While a budget may be difficult to establish for a new business, it is a necessary evil for all business owners.

A closer look at work from home

Title:

A closer look at work from home

As we all know that there are good and bad people no matter where we live on earth, we just have to be more careful not to fall victim to their unscrupulous businesses.

 . Article Body:

There is no denying in the tremendous increase in the number of online businesses in the past 10 years, not only in the USA, but just about any place where computers can be accessed easily. As we all know that, among many online businesses run by good and honest people, there are some online businesses run by bad and unscrupulous people whose

primary objective is to con money out of unsuspecting naive people who are desperately looking online for jobs due to their circumstances such as being a stay-home-parent with kids, wheelchair bound, or whatever their unique circumstances could be that made them think that online jobs made more sense. I decided to look around online,

about 2 years ago, after seeing so many popups about home based jobs such as paid online surveys, freelance jobs, etc to see if they were another one of online schemes to rip you off.

After I signed up with many of them, ofcourse I couldn’t check all, and receiving hundreds, if not thousands, of junk emails from them I was able to tell  which ones were good and bad. As in real life, we have to be careful and take some precautions by finding out if

there is a physical address of business or a phone number or even by checking it out on BBB.org (Better Business Bureau) online before typing in our sensitive information.

Business Opportunity Scam: Tips to Keep you from Getting Burned

If you are reading this article you are most likely looking to join a MLM business but are afraid to just jump right in. Being apprehensive is good especially since some are just a business opportunity scam. You are concerned about losing your money to a scam artist offering false promises and are looking for help to find the right companies to work for.

Below are some tips that I suggest you follow when looking for business opportunities.

You want to remember that everything is not a scam; there are reputable businesses out there. So don’t have the mindset of scam until proven otherwise. Doing this may cause you to miss out on some great opportunities.

When looking for a good company you should always look for stability. Check to see how long the company has been around. If the company has been around for 5 years they are most likely not a business opportunity scam and they are also not likely to go under anytime soon.

Make sure when viewing their website to look for contact information such as address and phone number. If their website does not contain this information then there’s one big clue that they are not legit. If you can check the phone number and address also.

Also if their website contains many grammatical or spelling errors then that is a red flag that they are out to take your money. A real company will take pride in the way potential customers and clients view them.

If at all possible talk to people that have worked or still work for these MLM businesses. You can find work at home message boards where users will tell you real quick who to work for and who is a business opportunity scam. You can also find tips on how to get hired by the best ones and maybe even obtain reference from the message board.

3 Important Factors in the Creation of a Successful Marketing Strategy

Owning a business requires many skills, including those in advertising.  What you will find, though, is that a very low number of business owners actually have experience in marketing and even fewer have advanced skills.  What you don’t know about marketing can actually hurt your business.  The following are three important factors you should know about the creation of a successful marketing strategy:

Don’t Rely on Just One Method of Advertising

A successful marketing strategy relies on several different marketing techniques.  Those business owners who choose just one method to use are not going to get their business in front of a high enough number of their target market to be successful.  The fewer techniques used and the less number of people you will reach.

Rely on Both Paid and Free Advertising Opportunities

A successful business also relies on both paid and free advertising opportunities.  Those who choose to use free advertising only are missing out on a lot of great ways to get in front of their target market, such as pay per click advertising and banner advertising.  On the other hand, using paid only techniques will result in the same problem.  Making use of both paid and unpaid advertising will get your business noticed by the largest amount of people.

Know Your Products and Your Target Market

The one thing you must realize is that you can not create a successful marketing strategy unless you know everything there is to know about your products and your target market.  Each technique you use should highlight some of the various aspects of the product.  Each technique you use should be directed at the people who should buy the product and you must know the best way to reach them.

These are just a few of the factors you need to think about when developing a strategy for marketing your business and products.  With all of the competition, take the time to educate yourself on some of the most effective techniques available.

Where Can You Turn to Advertise Business Opportunities Online?

You might be surprised by all the options you have at your disposal to advertise business opportunities over the Internet. There are more ways than you may realize at first glance to advertise online. I’ll list some of the more popular methods below.

Remember it is wise to spread your advertising interests around as much as possible and you should feel free to delegate some of the less favorable functions of advertising to someone else if it’s going to cut into activities that might be more productive for you.

Advertise Business Opportunities

Advertise Business Opportunities

Here are a few no-nonsense locations where you can advertise business opportunities on the World Wide Web.

1) Forum signatures. This is quickly becoming a favored choice of those who have party plan businesses that are looking to drum up virtual bookings or live bookings within their communities and/or close to home. If you are an active and productive participant in most forums you are welcome to include a signature line that directly links to your business website. Check the rules before you do this though to make sure it is allowed and that you meet the requirements.

2) Banner advertisements. Of course you will want to advertise your business opportunities on sites that will be receptive (and responsive) to this advertising method so it might be in your best interest to limit your budget to those sites that deal with men and/or women who currently do or want to work from home.

3) Article marketing. This is sometimes referred to as bum marketing and is one of the most effective methods to advertise business opportunities online. You can use articles to direct traffic towards your landing page and gain all sorts of interest in your weekly newsletter. All you really need to do is create articles that are informative and entertaining to read.

What is Affiliate Marketing?

What is Affiliate Marketing?

Affiliate marketing is many things. Affiliate marketing can provide the necessary tools for the creative and hardworking individual to venture out on their own. Affiliate marketing can provide the opportunity to earn money doing what you are good at. Affiliate marketing can allow someone to use their skills and expertise for there own financial gain, rather than the financial gain of another person or entity. Finally, Affiliate marketing can get people started in their own business enterprises with nearly no cost or risk to themselves.

Affiliate marketing can do all of those things and more. First, Affiliate marketing is perfect for the independent hardworking individual. Many of us are stuck in day to day jobs. We work incredibly hard and receive little reward. There is nearly no incentive to work harder. When you work in the field of affiliate marketing, the world is your oyster. You paid by your performance so the harder you work, generally the better of you’ll be. When you work as an affiliate, you are working as a representative of another company. However, your reward is directly linked with what you produce. If you’re someone who frequently gets good results at work then this could be a great opportunity for you.

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Marketing

Next Affiliate marketing can provide the opportunity to earn money by doing something that you are good at. Those that have a knack for sales and marketing are perfect for affiliate marketing. Those that are creative and used to hard work can also make an excellent living. Your skills will be used to work for you. If you have a natural knack for these kinds of projects then why not have them increase your bank balance and not someone else’s? As an affiliate, anything that you do to increase sales or traffic if it is internet based will benefit you and you directly. The company won’t get rich while you say poor. You’re the one who will reap the rewards.

Finally, Affiliate marketing can get someone started in their own business at nearly no cost or risk to themselves. Many of us would love to work for ourselves. The two main reasons why we don’t are money and risk. You need a decent amount of capital to start even a small business. The risk involved is also tremendous with more than half of small businesses failing in the first year. Affiliate marketing can get you started working for yourself. They handle all of the products and advertising and you just concentrate on selling. If yours is an internet based program, you concentrate on increasing traffic. Most of these programs are free or involve very low initial start up costs. You’re paid according to how well you do regardless of how the company is performing.

If you have dreamed of working for yourself then affiliate marketing can be your dream come true. You can make money based on your hard work. You are the one rewarded for your efforts, not a boss or a group of shareholders. You don’t have to worry about financial risk. The head company will take care of all the detail allowing you to use your skills to the best of your ability. If you’re creative, hardworking and want to be your own boss, consider the world of affiliate marketing. Your skills and expertise could be increasing your bank balance, not someone else

3 Steps to Find “Freebies” to Add to Your E-book

3 Steps to Find “Freebies” to Add to Your E-book

Those of us who regularly shop on line are familiar with the array of free gifts, free bonuses and just plain freebies that are offered to a visitor to a website to encourage them to buy. How could you collect, select and offer free gifts, which will be valued as much as the original merchandise that is being purchased, put these gifts together and add them to your E-book? There are just three steps to do that very thing. They are:

  1. Identify your key words in each chapter of your E-book. Now, type those words into your favorite search engine. You are looking for free E-books on the same subject in more depth, by a greater expert than you are, or by someone who gives a new and fresh angle to the topic. Add a link to the free E-book in each chapter of your E-book.
  2. Research the Internet for related free gifts. Now you are looking for things that you could give as free gifts in your E-book that will make it more appealing and give it more pass-along appeal to your readers. For example: If you are selling gardening supplies, find a planting guide on the web that can be downloaded and include that as a gift in your E-book.
  3. Download the freebies. Visit the freebies pages on those web sites. Most sites have freebies and encourage you to distribute them.Other key words I searched for are freebies, free E-books, and free reports and then gave the key word that I wanted the free stuff for. Like… “freebies for gardeners”.

Give your reader the vest that you can offer. Give them your book, additional reading material and free gifts to boot. Everybody loves a bargain!
